Marinated ginger beef balls

Ingredients

  • 600 g ground beef
  • 60 g bread
  • Milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 yellow onion, finely chopped
  • 20 g ginger Essentials by Hana
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Flour
  • Vegetable oil
  • Sesame seeds
  • Parsley

Steps

1 Shred the bread and dip it in milk.
2 By hand, mix all the ingredients.
3 Add salt and pepper.
4 Roll balls about 2 cm in diameter and roll them in flour.
5 Cook the dumplings for about 8min in a skillet over medium heat.
6 Finish your preparation with some sesame seeds and parsley.
