Peking salmon with sweet soy sauce

Ingredients
- 4 thick slice of salmon
- 2.5 tbsp honey
- 1 ginger nut
- 1.5 tbsp sweet soy sauce
Steps
1 Preheat the oven to 180°C-th 6 in the grill position. Peel and chop the ginger. In a saucepan, boil honey, sweet soy sauce, 5 tablespoons of water and chopped ginger. Let it reduce by half.
2 Place your salmon on a baking tray covered with baking paper. Cook them for 15 minutes, taking care to add sauce every 2 minutes. Set up your salmon cobblestones and voila.
