Sesame Chicken and Soba noodles

Steps to follow

Cook the Soba noodles according to the instructions on the package and drain.

In a saucepan, gently heat the vegetable broth with soy sauce, rice vinegar and sugar.

Cut the chicken breasts into pieces and marinate them in the sauce and coat with marinade.

Remove the first skin from your new onions and slice them and their green stems.

Peel the ginger and pass it to the micro-grater to recover the pulp.

Divide your soba noodles into the 4 plates

Wet with your soy broth.

Top your dish with ginger, onions and sesame seeds. Season with pepper.
